If you're bidding in the last half hour of an auction please REFRESH for 5-15 seconds. This will give everyone a fair chance to bid.

• Bonus point keywords will be given at random times and days. Bonus points can be anywhere from 1+ points. Just make sure you write down the keyword you get on the air or at Q102 appearances. Keywords are only good the day they are issued. Keywords expire 24 hours from time given.
• You have 10 chances to enter in a keyword.  If, per say, you have an incorrect keyword or you are trying to "cheat" the system Frequent Rocker will lock you out for 24 hours.  Please make sure you have the correct spelling of a keyword before trying to enter it into the system.
• See Frequent Rocker "Home" page for info on how the Auction Cycles work. Users may not receive more than 1 of a certain item per auction.
• Any person found to be cheating in any way will be terminated from the program with NO NOTICE. Each account must have it's own email address. NO duplicate email addresses! Any accounts with multiple duplicate information such as passwords, name, email addresses or same password hints will be terminated.
• Only one grand prize (regardless of value) per family/individual, per year. Once one grand prize is won by a family/individual or household member, the other family members or member within the same household are only eligible to earn prizes under $50 till a total of $250  per individual within a 365 day period.
• A family cannot occur more than $600 per family and/or household per year in multiple items from KQRA on Frequent Rocker, on location or on air. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• KQRA is not responsible for cancelled concerts tickets or the inability to use concert tickets as this is beyond our control. 
• Prizes that include bus trips, band meet and greets, lunches, dinners, etc. are NON-TRANSFERABLE and my only be used by the winner and their guest.  No exceptions.
• All points are calculated by KQRA Q102.1.  The electronic point total in our files is final.
• Merchandise awarded is based on a bidding system The merchandise will be auctioned off for the highest amount of points in a given time frame while the auction is underway. Winning bidders will be notified by e-mail. Those who don't win will have no points deducted.
• Q102 is not responsible for winner notification emails and/or email blasts not received.  If you believe you won, but did not get your winner notification email, please feel free to use the contact us form or stop by the studios to double check.
• One account per person only. Anyone found to have multiple accounts would have ALL of their accounts deleted from the system.  We check IP addresses.
• Listeners & members of a household can only win 1 of the same item in a category on an auction. Listeners & members of a household are also unable to win the same item on more than 2 auctions in a 365 day year. Example: a gift certificate to Trolleys - Users can't win more than 2 of that item in a years time (365 days) per household. 
• This program is for all ages. Emails will be sent out. If you do not want to recieve emails, click the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. Minors are able to sign up but parents of those under 18 are incouraged to monitor.
• The Frequent Rocker admin & Q102 reserves The Right To Modify The Rules on the station And Contest Specifications At Any Time Without Notice And Without Liability. Any decision made by KQRA Q102.1fm concerning rules for Frequent rocker & Q102 as a whole and/or rules violations will be final without litigation.  
• Only actual account holders are eligible to bid on their accounts, meaning that you can't have your friend or your spouse making bids by using your points.
• By signing up for Frequent Rocker at KQRA, you are claiming the responsibility to pay any and all taxes occured in a years time equalling or totalling a $600 limit in retail value or higher. If you are under age 18 you may not win over $599.00 worth in value of items in a years time by law for tax purposes. KQRA with Midwest Family SpringMo Inc. will send you a 1099 tax form for any taxes aquired in a years time for values occured in e years time for all winners on the Frequent Rocker System and or on KQRA or it's Sister Stations.
•  All merchandise must be picked up at the Q102 studios.  Merchandise left unclaimed for 14 days becomes the property of Q102. Only users may pick up their prizes. NO ONE may claim your prizes for you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• You must be 18 or over to bid on trips or automobiles. Trips are within a 50 mile radious of Springfield, MO. You must be over 21 to bid on any rewards related to bars, nightclubs or alcoholic beverages. (including alcohol beverage sponsored apparel or other related items.) And, must be over 21 to enter in a keyword given in relation to and bar, nightclub or alcohol.
• Employees of the Mid West Family Broadcast Group, their families and sponsors/advertisers (owners of these companies & management) of the Frequent Rocker program and this station are prohibited from participating.
• Any employee of a sponsor or advertiser can only win items under a $20 value per auction.
• Winning bidders are responsible for all state, local, federal taxes and any license, title and transfer fees.
• You can only bid on one prize during a silent auction, and only once on that prize. If it is a live auction or pop up auction, you may bid on as many items you want as many times as you want. If there's more than 1 item in that category available, it will show only the top bidders, if your name appears more than once on that item, this means you have the highest bid on multiple items in that category. Be careful to not "out-bid" yourself in these situations. Example:  If there's 5 pair of tickets availble in 1 category if you bid twice, your name will appear twice & your points will be frozen until you win or someone outbids you & you get your points back to use for something else or to re-bid.
